About me
I am Silas Zurfluh, a middle-distance runner from the Schwyz valley basin. I also grew up in this region. I was born on April 19, 2001.
I have always had the enthusiasm for sports. At first I tried many different sports (e.g. skiing, soccer, orienteering, triathlon, inline skating, ski touring races, climbing, etc.). Later, at the age of 12, I focused more on running and switched to track and field.
I completed my training as an EFZ automation technician in 2020. After this graduation, I did a semester abroad in the USA. After I came back, I put more focus on sports. On the side, I trained to be an outdoor guide and work part-time.
